All of our carers complete a rigorous assessment program as well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our carers and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to them.

Director

I am a committed and hardworking individual who enjoys a challenge and can handle multiple tasks on a daily basis competently. In addition to my communication skills, I am able to work effectively in a team. My background in health and social care has provided me with the necessary expertise to work and manage a healthcare organisation and to fulfil the requirements of the director. The emphasis will be on providing excellent leadership to ensure that the organisation is providing high quality care, based around the needs of the individual.

Registered Manager

My duties involve carrying out Care Act assessments, care planning and reviewing care plans. I have developed vast experience and knowledge in leading moderate to complex safeguarding investigations in line Care Act 2014 and Safeguarding Policies and Procedures. I have a sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005, and Mental Health ACT 1983. Through the various training and assessments that I have completed throughout my career, I am able to effectively manage all clients by providing them with an effective secure and Safe environment.

Care Coordinator

My main goals are to provide person-centered care and to promote independents, with the goal of protecting service users’ autonomy when it comes to those who lack capacity. Care packages will be created in accordance with this paradigm of care. I am skilled in delivering top-notch care using the Six 6’s to guarantee that the people under my care are treated with kindness, respect, and dignity so they can live the best possible lives.
